If you are cancelling your agreement then you can apply to stamp office for refund of stamp duty with a detailed reason within 6 months of the payment of stamp duty and execution of agreement. It's is lengthy and time consuming process

Within 6 months one can claim refund of Stamp Duty, subject to applicable deduction. You have to apply on or before 7th August. Rush to the Stamp office with all the original documents, CHALLAN OF PAYMENT. Seek their help and get it done. It will happen. ALL THE BEST.
