Q: How to dissolve partnership when dissolution clause not mentioned

In a partner ship firm of 2 partners Pharmacy shop, (deed NOT registered but NOTARISED), One partner (5% holder) WHO WAS appointed to perform as Registered Pharmacist. He just came for few days & now not performing. He has already resigned from the post of registered pharmacist in FDA. He does not have a copy of the deed. Now not ready to sign dissolution, how to dissolve partnership? Dissolution clause not mentioned in deed.

Although it was a Notarised document, it has its own sanctity. The terms need to be gone through before giving any suggestions/solution. Did you have a dissolution clause? event upon which the Firm would stand dissolved?

Q: Is it possible to apply company act to district cooperative bank

We are working in Wardha district cooperative bank from last 16 year But now bank officers are ask us to take volunteer retirement forcefully if not taken then they will apply company act to layoff the employee. My question is it possible to apply company act to district cooperative bank or what action we have to take.

Advocate Parvathy Iyer answered
It is difficult to answer without details about your Bank and governing bodies.....Have you referred your case to ombudsman? You will have to file your grievance and seek order. Writ Petition can be considered only thereafter. However this is a premature discussion hence please approach a lawyer with all facts and papers that are available. Seek proper, across advice. All the best.
