Regarding the personal loan from bajaj finserv

2 years back i have taken 90000 personal loan from bajaj finserv and from that day every month 2nd was my EMI date and every month i was paying 4191 Rs. in the month of April 2019 i dint make the EMI amount of 4191 because i changed my job in the month of April 19th 2019 and in new company will give salary on 10th of every month . In april end the collection agent called me and asked EMI money to pay i explained my problem and he dint listen my words and immediately he and his friends visited my home and asking money to pay immediately. when i called to that collection guy his words are like threating me and i got scared because of his behaviour. Please help me in this matter how to process further.

1. Collection agents do not have right to visit your home without your consent.

2. Collection agents do not have right to discuss about your debt with your friends or family members.

3. File police complaint with near by police station for the harassment.

There is a policy of fair practices code for bankers which they have to follow while dealing with customers. If they are violating any code then liable to be punished under the law. Heavy compensation may be imposed by court in these types of cases.
