Bajaj finserv people harassment

Hi,
Took a loan of 6.0 lacs from bajaj finserv as unsecured personal loan. After 8 months with prompt payment, I lost my job in global recession and unable to make any payments.
I explained them the situation but they are unable to understand the concern and ask for repayment. I suggested to provide me some EMI holidays but they are very arrogant and rude to talk.
Now they visit my parents home and uses abusive language to them.
Can I file a case against them in consumer court and about the loan closure, am I legally liable to pay them off as it is a unsecured loan and known as salaried loan knowing that I am now unemployed.
Please suggest.
you can file a police complaint against them for illegal way of recovery.
wherein also you can prosecute them for the harassment and using abusive language they used to your parents.
which will teach them a lesson for there illegal methods to recover the loan amount.
