Wrong Information,harassment, Wrong Intrest Rate

I have taken 496000 personal loan from bajaj finance on 2017.I have loss around 30 lac in stock market in 2018-2019. So I come under the serious financial problem. And my emi got bounced. I asked to bajaj finance for any alternative solution for which I take some time for paying to emi, also i visit their Hyderabad branch .to solve my problem.but All person which i have meet, give me wrong information. Only they complete their target.
at 31 December 2019 his one manager came to my home at 7pm after discussion he shouting on me and told I send 10 person who standing on your door
Recently I observed that they take more interest rate .so I asked them take that communication record and varify. But still they are not responding . I also complained to rbi. For this issue I have not paid emi last 1 year. can I take any legal Action against bajaj finance? Please give any suggestions

There is a Loan Account number for every loan. Please go through the bajajfin website and search. Your every transaction was recorded on the website. Please take a printout and check with your repayment bill's.
If anything is wrong in the statement , go to the branch and clarify it.
You are the whole responsible for your loan Amount.
You have to pay all amount with dues and fines by the finance company. There is no alternative.
If you are really unable to pay the EMI please approach the branch are request the Manager in a leading manner.
If anything wrong with Payments in the statement,
you may complaint the same with RBI along with customer care. If anybody harassing at home with unauthorised persons or used any unparliamentary language or abused language you may file a complaint at your nearest police station.
suggestion: repayment of EMI on regularly is a good practice. It reflects your credit history in good shape.
