Q: Regarding the personal loan from bajaj finserv

2 years back i have taken 90000 personal loan from bajaj finserv and from that day every month 2nd was my EMI date and every month i was paying 4191 Rs. in the month of April 2019 i dint make the EMI amount of 4191 because i changed my job in the month of April 19th 2019 and in new company will give salary on 10th of every month . In april end the collection agent called me and asked EMI money to pay i explained my problem and he dint listen my words and immediately he and his friends visited my home and asking money to pay immediately. when i called to that collection guy his words are like threating me and i got scared because of his behaviour. Please help me in this matter how to process further.

There is a policy of fair practices code for bankers which they have to follow while dealing with customers. If they are violating any code then liable to be punished under the law. Heavy compensation may be imposed by court in these types of cases.

Q: Can bail be issued for 376 417 and 420

My brother is filed a false rape case... He is in JC (100days) .. bail application is rejected in session court ... Further it's moved to high court can never a bail in high court... The medical reports says there is no evidence of recent sexual intercourse..The girl belongs to SC religion

In order to be released on bail the case needs to be presented before court in very professional and nice manner and with true fsctual matrix. Since the matter pertains to case of rape so petition should bd well drafted.

Q: Builder sold Flat for higher price

I have bought a flat on August 30 2018. Recently got to know that the same flat has been sold for 10 Lakhs less price for one of the flat owner who bought a month before.If it is 1 or 2 lakhs I can ignore it, but it is 10 Lakhs, that means the builder has cheated me by selling it for very high price.Is there any law which protect the buyers in this case ?Is it possible for me to file a case against him ?Is it possible to get back the difference amount ?

Filing of case against the builder is the only solution. We have to be very cautious in selecting the appropriate line of action. Thd entird documents related to transaction are required in order to file a case.

Q: legai action on a Admin who removed a member of whatsapp group

How to take legal action on a Admin of a WhatsApp group who removed a member without reason? There are 17 Admins in the group.This admin is neither created the group nor added this member.The member has not sent any offending post or anything against the objectives of the group. Not posted any political or religious message. Admin is not giving reason for removal and he is keeping quiet. Removal has lowered the reputation of the respectable members. Hence action is required on the admin.

You have to prove the facts before court of law and details of the adminintrator and other list of members are also required. The notice will be sent to the concerndd person for initimating him that for legal action and after that legal action will be followed.

Hi, we have a website which deals with investment consultants/advisory services to the customers who invest in Indian horse racing we charge a certain amount and give our advice to the customers. As you know Indian horse racing is one of the legal forms of betting in India we would like to register our website under der gst and msme. My concern is under what sector does our website fall into to register.

The registration of business will be done under the respective category and the same is available with the concerned authority. It will take time to get the business registration done by completing necessary legal formalities.
