Q: Uncles demanding release deed signature
Note back in 2012 my uncle brought the ancestral property from his siblings ( my mother and her brother, sister). Me and my sister were more than 21 years age and was not involved during the property dealing. Now in 2026 my uncle want to sell the property and required my sister and my signature for release deed and he has send a lawyer notice recently.

You need to see effectively the contents of the transaction and the sale deed executed by the Uncle without verifying the things you cannot sign anywhere and execute release deed. It is highly recommended that you should know the entire facts and how the property has been transacted in his favour. It is very important.
Q: Cheque bounce case i am the accused
I had bought a house and there was pending work where the cheque was given as security now the builder is not ready to complete the pending work and out a cheque bounce case on menot it is stage of cross examination and my lawyer has missed last 3 hearding can i make it party in person and do the cross examination

Q: Original lawyer have given NOC for change of counsel 1 day b4 hearing
After months of follow up, our counsel gave NOC for change of counsel 1 day before our hearing in court tomorrow. We don't have another counsel finalized. How to proceed to avoid adjournment against us?

You need to inform court about NOC or connect with any other lawyer so that he may take an adjournment . When you will appear in the court, you need to inform the court about the no objection taken by your existing lawyer.

What is the process to gift a part of property from mother to daughter and sister to sister to ensure sale of property brings equal value during sale of property

In order to gift property you need to make gift deed in favour of donee. Gift tax will apply based upon the value of the property . With regard to the part of property you have to mention the schedule of the property accurately so that the gift deed may not be challenged in court proceedings.

In order to B stand in arbitration proceeding you need to appear in arbitration proceeding and you have to file written statement before the arbitrator and based on which trial will come and arbitrator will pass award if any amount is claimed in axis by SBI cards you can also refute. If you will not appear in arbitration proceeding then arbitrator will proceed exparte against you and will pass the award which will be binding on you
