Q: Divorce n money demand anyhow i wanted to divorce her she is demanding

I need a divorce from my wife n she is demanding money from me may i know who much i will get from the law to pay her ??

Are you planning to do a Mutual Consent Divorce?? if yes then the amount will be decided by both of you after discussions and deliberations regarding the same. if she is a working woman then that also may be considered. if she goes to court otherwise then there could be heavy amounts decided by court. Q: domestic violence case husband not having any contact with me blocked

i m a muslim my husband is not staying with me from past 10 months . we tried every possible way for reconciliation but he say yes in the meeting and again behave in the same manner .from the time i got married i m looking after all the expenses he is not contributing to anything .he had beating me and my father in law told him to beat me more .his family is putting false allegations on me.his father is not allowing me to enter in the matrimonial house and threatening me and my family with dire consequences.

Firstly do you still want to continue staying with him?? If not you can file Domestic Violence Case against all of them. Secondly if you dont want to be in that relationship at all then take Khula, but in Khula you cannot ask for anything from husband. another possibility of separation is Talaq E Mubarra which is a kind of mutual consent divorce. We are Sikh by religion.Stay in navi Mumbai but helpless .please assist us.My entire family going through miserable stress due to the behaviour of daughter in law in our family.What we shall do if daughter in law apply fake allegations?

Usually the in laws are kept out, if there are fake allegations by daughter in law. it will further depend on what kind of allegations are being made against you. what is the stand of your son? Whether he wants to divorce his wife? all these things need to be discussed in order to come to a reliable and relevant solution.

Hello i just wanted to know what is RCR and what is the advantages and disadvantages for a women how should i file and what will be the cost of it and within how many days can i get it. Can i combine dowry case ,domestic violence case ,and divorce case all in one and what are the procedures for it

you need to talk a lawyer. this needs a detailed discussion. There is always a way out for such problems. Such conditions amount to cruelty and you can file cases against your husband and in laws this way you can put them under pressure to solve the issue in your favour. but all this can be decided once you talk to a lawyer.

Q: To file a divorce against husband

I want to file a divorce against my husband, he is not agreeing to give his consent. Our marriage held on Jun-2019, we are not on good terms with each other. What needs to be done and how it can be done?

If you also specify your religion I would be able to guide you better as Divorce involves religion factor. Depending upon religion there is minimum years after which you can apply for divorce. If husband is not ready to give divorce Divorce Petition can be filed before appropriate Court. This also will depend on your religion because in some religion you need not approach court for divorce.
