Dear sir My case pertains to promotion.I am working in Govt. Org.The CGIT-2 Mumbai has given an "order"in my favour in May-2017. However my employer is not implementing the order. I have submitted an application to the court for taking necessary action against the employer for non implementation of the order. I am due for retirement in a few months and I do not wish to continue the case further.
