Q: How to file mental harassment case against boyfriend ?

I was in a relationship with my boyfriend for 2 and 1/2 years and since one year I am trying to break it because he always tohures me harrases me beats me abuse me with bad words. And on may 6 2018 when I finally broke up after some days i.e. Day before yesterday he asked to meet and took my thumb on a stamp paper by forcing me and saying that if dnt give thumb he will tell everything to my mother whether she dies or not he doesn't care. Please suggest me what should I do so that this matter gets solved outside and my mother doesn't get included in this? how to file mental harassment case against boyfriend ?

Q: Can i join government job without relieving letter from previous job ?

I was working in Indian raiways on probation. I then resigned to join RBI.I didn't get the relieving letter. Since at the time of filling form and interview I was not in any job. So, I could join without the letter. I was severely depressed at that time and couldn't make the right decision. I want to submit it now. Will I be terminated for suppression of facts? can i resign from government job and join another government job without relieving letter from previous job ?

Dear sir My case pertains to promotion.I am working in Govt. Org.The CGIT-2 Mumbai has given an "order"in my favour in May-2017. However my employer is not implementing the order. I have submitted an application to the court for taking necessary action against the employer for non implementation of the order. I am due for retirement in a few months and I do not wish to continue the case further. Q: Senior threatening to file a charge sheet

I am working in Govt sector but I am getting threaten by senior to file charge sheet against me. Allegation in me is to misplace the office cheque which are received from consumer.. But I didn't received from agency. Despite of that senior are threatening me.
