Q: I need to file Divorce. My husband need me to file a divorce.

Iam in India. My husband is in UK. We are Hindu. Its been more than 2years we are separated. We are not it contact with each other. We dont have any property or any money in common interest. He sent last goodbye msg told me for divorce in june 2021. I want divorce.

Yes you can file divorce and that is the only option you have. You will have to get notice served to him and once he receives that and does not appear in court you will get one sided divorce otherwise it is difficult for you to get divorce



Q: accused under section 427,504,506,34.

I have been accused unser section 427,504,506,34 due to family farm dispute. Person has filed private complaint in court with half information and court has given order under above sections where as we have clear documented evidences. I am sure that the case will be disposed and this just to harrase me to agree their terms of conditions.Another accused person already have lawer and I will give my case to him.I need suggestion that once I appear in court and get a bail then how can I try to dispose this quickly to avoid repeated appearances. I may face issue in applying visa application if the case is not disposed quickly. Please help.

My mother is suffering from mental, physical, emotional violence from my father. My father and his family members abuses my mother and my mother's family members . What is the fees to file cheque bounce case of rupees 8 lakhs and total expenses. The lawer i discussed said 10000 for sending legal notice and 30000 for filing case in session court.
