Q: Free legal aid income limit for general category

Sir I am an unemployed person from general category. I want to file a civil and criminal suit but I do not have any source of income to fund that. My father is on pension so he gets some money for our living around 3.2 lakh. I want to know if I can get free legal aid help from DLSA of UP.

Yes you can… I am happy you are asking this question and I feel fortunate that I amanswering this question. There are schemes to help the middle income group by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. My office shall help you apply for the same if there is no response we may further file application and get a suitable advocate who is on the Pannel .

Q: Fees advocate for quashing of FIR

Fees for quashing of FIR under section 34,409 IPC ,66 c,d of IT act whereas two accused named in FIR but accused 1 want to remove his name from FIR as his name comes into light as per extral judical statment of accused 2 . What will be the fees charged by advocate for this .suggest any estimate

The last part of your query cannot be answered unfortunately in this forum as it is subjective in nature. I have standing of almost 14 years now and you have to ask my clerk to get to know my fees and the expenses chargeable in the matter which are incurred separately… be rest assured the matter will be filed seamlessly and shall be argued strongly… pls come to the chamber with all documents so that we can properly advise you and get the FIR quashed as soon as possible

Q: Complaint regarding laundry machine maker

I had a talk with one of the laundry machine maker of Noida in (Dec. 2022) for supplying the machines to us even I gave advance money to make machines but he has not sent the machines yet whenever I call him he is always ready with excuses and says that he will be sending the machines by today or tomorrow but he is lying everyday.. Now the situation has come that he has stopped picking up my call.

Your dispute doesn’t come under the realm of a recovery dispute unless you demonstrate :1. Whether there was an agreement between the parties of any sort in writing even if by email or by Whatsap msg 2. Whether in pursuance of the said agreement any amount quantifiable has been paid by you and dates specified..and the mode of payment 3. Whether you have made any demand and how have you made that demand of payment and when have you made that demand of payment?Kindly bring all documents regarding these to my chamber and so that the money may be recovered by providing proper legal remedy

Company ka din Number ya cin Number ministry of corporate affairs se pata Karen adhik jankari aur purna paramash evam mukdme ke liye chamber aane ka kast karen … company ek separate legal entity hoti hai isliye apne agar koi agreement company ke saath Kia hoga toh wah bhi dekhna hoga

Q: The other party has filled a false FIR under section 504 and 506

The other party has filled a false FIR under section 504 and 506 on me and my family. He is a land mafiya who purchase land somewhere else and now claiming my land as his purchased one. In order to take revenge he put a false FIR on my name.I need clarification on this matter with you and also wanted enquire if I can get my passport if a case under 504 and 505 is going-on on my name

In so far as the passport is concerned that has to be taken up with the passport authorities and an appropriate application has to be filed after quashment of the FIR lodged against you.
