Q: What does Section 120 of the Indian Evidence Act state? Please explain it simply.

What does Section 120 of the Indian Evidence Act entail? Can a wife apply Section 120 against her husband and his family? Please explain simply.

The section 120 evidence Act only says that the husband or wife of a person is a competent witness in a criminal trial. However this section cannot be imposed upon you as it is a matter of appreciation of evidence... May be section 120 I. P. C. has been imposed upon other family members along with the husband levelling the allegations that the crime was committed with a common object... we have to disprove this... for further advice come over to my chamber and take opinion at chargeable rates.

Q: Can Any Girl Gave A 164 Statement Again ?

Can a girl gave 164 again if she is major, in which cases she gave 164 again please clear my doubt.if she said she gave one time statement in forcefully can any court order for again statement?

She may but that won’t be according to the procedure established by Law. The 1st statement under 164 Crpc needs to be given preference. The age factor gets cleared in the first statement itself.. with regard to the second statement that can only happen by the leave of the Court for a specific question of discovery of fact.

Q: How to file complaint against call girl scam

Sir mujhse kisi 2000rs call girl ke naam pe le liye hai mujhe paise ni chahiye but I'm take stand for me.... And morals for all youngsters... I have a two contact number and jisme paise bheje uske details aur inn contacts no ke naam Mujhe pta hai...... Sir please give me some advice that how to take stand for this problem, how to file complaint against call girl fraud ?

Try and give some more insights on your concerns... From the sketchy picture that you have provided it seems that you want to do something against the evils of sexual exploitation of Women... For this, my friend first do some emperical researh make a report and then I can file a Public Interest litigation against those persons, public and private so that you may take a stand and the sexual exploitation may decrease in our society.

Q: Free legal aid income limit for general category

Sir I am an unemployed person from general category. I want to file a civil and criminal suit but I do not have any source of income to fund that. My father is on pension so he gets some money for our living around 3.2 lakh. I want to know if I can get free legal aid help from DLSA of UP.

Yes you can… I am happy you are asking this question and I feel fortunate that I amanswering this question. There are schemes to help the middle income group by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. My office shall help you apply for the same if there is no response we may further file application and get a suitable advocate who is on the Pannel .

Q: Fees advocate for quashing of FIR

Fees for quashing of FIR under section 34,409 IPC ,66 c,d of IT act whereas two accused named in FIR but accused 1 want to remove his name from FIR as his name comes into light as per extral judical statment of accused 2 . What will be the fees charged by advocate for this .suggest any estimate
