My grandfather married twice. One grandmother X had one child A and other grand mother Y have 2 child B and C. How much share A, B and C should get. nAll land is parental only.

सबसे पहले आपको वारंट रिकॉल एप्लीकेशन डालनी होगी और जज साहब को कन्विंस करना होगा की आप हर डेट पर समय पर कोर्ट में हाजिर होंगे। जब वारंट रिकॉल हो जाए तब आप जो भी बेल बांड तय किया गया हो उसे भरकर अपनी बेल कंटिन्यू कर पाएंगे।

My husband file a declaratory suit for family property. But after 6 months we does not follow the case.after 3 year my brother in law submitted a affidavit of my husband with frod signs of my husband.
