Q: Cheque Biuncing Notice Was Not Received By The Cheque Issuer (Return)

Dear Sir, my cheque was bounced two times and a bank note memo was issued, then sent a notice to the cheque issuer and the check bouncing notice was returned, by giving a fake remark that the insufficient address by the postman, as the cheque issuer address is absolutely correct, what is the next process,

send second notice along with all available address office address emails WhatsApp then proceed further mean while go for third time for bounce the same cheque helps you please take it seriously because the court it's concern about the service of notice through the proper means be quick in the else you will loose your one right

Q: unable to repay education loan

I have an education loan of Rs 3.5lakhs , i have completed my education and holiday period is over . Now the pricipal amount is Rs.5lakhs with interest rate of 14% , they asking me to pay emi of Rs10,000 for 10years or pay Rs 5lakhs now. As i am unemployed now , is there any possibility to cancel interest as i am able to original principal amount of Rs350000.

your position will much clear when you discuss it in person,very soon it is about the agreement between the two parties moreover as you said earlier it's about misconduct will you gone through the report which you have charged as a misconduct lastly you have gone through the agreement and rule and morals conduct of employees then only a good out be provided

Q: Cap on rate of interest for unsecured loan.

Hallo Sir,I've borrowed a term loan of rupee 5,29,760 from a private lending company for 48 months but I received rupee 4,97,000 only and the rest (5,29,760 - 4,97,000) rupee 32,760 were deducted as different different insurance and other charges, and the rate of interest they are charging is 25% P.A. which is very high.Yet after paying 8 EMIs, I want to Seattle my loan and wants to pay the whole principal amount but the company is saying that I'll be charged around 8% additionally because I didn't completed 48 months, and my remaining balance is rupee 4,74,000 even after paying rupee 17,566 as EMI since October 2018.Please help.

yes under it can happen there is a provision for the marriage but it need more information about it to provide a better solutionunder Hindu law it's need no relationship check from last 5 generation but when you read the other provision of marriage you get the solution too all the best

Q: A guy called off the wedding on whatsapp and absconding from the city

I was in a relationship with a person and we were getting married in May. After spending so many months together, he played with my feelings, time, emotions, body, soul.. all the preparations were about to done and then he came out with an excuse that our basic natures are different and didn't confront anything on my face but conveying everything through his parents. Later on he ran away from the city by informing the official work and called off the wedding on whatsapp.What kind case i should file on him ?
