Q: Someone filling WPIL many times
I have a Pucca house in UP. Someone filled a WPIL in Lucknow High Court. Says that my house is costructed on Gram Sabha Land, Court has given the order to Tehsil and measurement done twice and Tehsildaar has given order in my favour and same submitted in court and case disposed Off on merit, That person filling New WPIL again and again how to stop it. Court did not inform us, can we file Caveat, so court should inform us first.

if the person is filing the case (pil) again and again and trying to harass you and your family, then in that case it is advised to contest the case before the high court (whenever he files next), and should put your case before the court (through a lawyer) and bring the harassment to an end
Q: Maintence demanded by working wife. Need clarification
My wife has filed for domestic violence and crpc 125 demainding 40k per month . She is working and earns around 19-20 lakhs/ year. I have her offer letter which states her salary. I earn around 35 lakhs. Will i need to pay her maitaince amount??
