Q: Need advice: Fee refund issue with a private institute

I took admission in a private institute for a BBA course and paid the full fees (tuition and hostel), around ₹1.16 lakh, in early August 2025. Due to personal and financial reasons, I cancelled my admission and hostel within a few days of making the payment, before classes had started and without using any facilities. Recently, the institute issued two cheques totaling around ₹7,000. Since I cancelled very soon after payment and did not avail any services, this refund seems extremely low to me.

go through their sop or policy of hostel facility the refund is low because you might have taken sign on all 2 years course hostel and lodging facility in 2nd year your occupancy they can sell to whom for only 1 year generally wards take full course facility of hostel and lodging

Hi sir i have overall 5 to 6 lakh debt from different different banks and nbfc now i am not able to pay my emi on time due this nbfc and banks recovery agents call me frequently and threatening me can you please help me

they are doing their jobif you dont want to be harrased pls clear the amount which you owe to F.I or Bank /lender the culprit is you who signed the agreement while taking loan that you will return it in emi's which you are failing

yes LH can only receivewhy cant they pay LH's can take assets why cant they take liability its a bilateral not unilateral remember it you make take the assets but you must also discharge liability

Q: Ghaziabad nagar nigam not refunding my doubly paid house tax

This is to bring to your attention that I had paid house tax of Rs 8743.83 on 30 Oct 2025. In my first attempt, after making the payment of Rs 8743.83 , transaction failed prompted on my screen. Thus, I made payment again of the same amount. But unfortunately, the amount has been deducted from my account twice. I have spoken to at least 10 different employees in your vasundhara zone and headquarter branch. Each one has harassed me for close to past 3 months. They want bribe from me. Please help

its was online transaction issue you may ask your payment provider to give refund the up government has policy of no refund it can be taken as advance for next year it can be only adjusted and not refunded in any case,amount has moved to your property id
