I was married in 2016, since then my wife tortured me, made false allegations, even she hurt herself and take pictures and kept them as evidence of domestic abuses. in 7 years we never stayed more than 4-5 month together. she come, she fought and then gone back to her dad. she always made verbal abuses to me and my family, even she tried to malign my image by takin my name with my own sister, my real aunts. his father threatened me to murder. she threatened me for suicide. after all these i left India and her, as she wanted to do job so that she can live with her dad. Key points. total 7 years marriage.I m NRI since 1 Year, she stays with her dad and working.I am giving her monthly good money, which she text and claim for house rent.Her father also said some of my neighbours either take or get divorce.I want divorce, ready to pay.i m earning good money.ehat i need to do.

hello sir as per your query I would suggest you to file for divorce before the indian courts if you haven't taken the citizenship .
you can file it under 13(1)(a) of hindu marriage act if you are hindu or under your personal law.

Q: False rape case(IPC 376, 504, 506) against my younger brother
My younger brother has been falsely accused of rape and IPC 376, 504 and 506 has been applied.The woman(age-30+) was married three times earlier. Her marriage is court marriage and she did not apply for divorce yet. She is being supported by one of the top criminals of my district. My younger brother (age-20) become fond of her and they started living together in Mumbai for few months. She used to threaten my brother. My brother ran away from there. And we married him with another girl. She filed a complaint of rape with a picture of my brother putting sindoor on her head. She even had a tattoo of my brother on her hand. She gave different statement in police station and different statement in front of magistrate. She is demanding more than 15 lakh from us. Please help me...(1) Can we get bail ?(2) Can we apply for FIR quash ?

Q: Booked Hotel from Agency for Abroad when Reached it was Cancelled
We have booked a Hotel for 3 night stay from an agency for Barcelona trip they had sent us the voucher screenshot, Later we have asked them closer to the flight date for confirmation on mail they didn't replied. When we reached to hotel at Barcelona with our 10 month baby we get to know that the booking was cancelled. It was around 9.00 PM there and 12.00 in India so to no one I am able to contact with. We got so much panicked and harassed, So finally I did the hotel room booked by myself in double price.We mailed the agent from there also we asked them to provide refund of all of stay, still after 15 days and so many calls, mails they are not responding positively. Could you please suggest how to proceed with this.

Q: Execution Case from State Consumer Forum
My case against a builder is under execution in State Consumer - Lucknow. Court already ordered for Non bailable warrant against builder (OP). But even police is not able arrest OP nor able to make his presence in front of court. What can I do for next action !
