An NCR was registered against me. And the same was forwarded to my department. Now the complainant withdrew his complaint but Department is sending police station letters to ask the status of NCR. But police is not replying. What can I do in this case. Without confirmation of NCR withdrawal, department will not consider my vigilance clearance. What can I do for this.

Go directly to the police station firstly then after show them withdraw complaint copy. directly ask them about confirmation and NCR withdrawal. I think they just ask you for give in writing and then after you you will be clear from both the sides

If That negative samples report is present in the lower court, Firstly ask property what is the issue having a closer report of case. if they are not ok with this. get the file and report and go to the higher court and ask them for relief.

My wife is asking me to sign on a bond paper before she would come home with my child. She does not allow me to meet my child. There is no court order as such nor there is any legal step initiated. It is your legal right to meet your children. if she does not allow you to meet your children you can go through courtthere is no such type of bond paper like that. your ex is third party. legally she has different aspects. your ex is should not insist that. that is completely illegal.
