An NCR was registered against me. And the same was forwarded to my department. Now the complainant withdrew his complaint but Department is sending police station letters to ask the status of NCR. But police is not replying. What can I do in this case. Without confirmation of NCR withdrawal, department will not consider my vigilance clearance. What can I do for this.

Go directly to the police station firstly then after show them withdraw complaint copy. directly ask them about confirmation and NCR withdrawal. I think they just ask you for give in writing and then after you you will be clear from both the sides

Q: Arrested on suspicion of Drug,

Arrested on suspicion of drugs, samples were tested and report negative. Released on bail after 100 days. DRI approached for retesting, rejected by court. Still case is not closed. What to do ? Looks to be planned story- how to seek justice

If That negative samples report is present in the lower court, Firstly ask property what is the issue having a closer report of case. if they are not ok with this. get the file and report and go to the higher court and ask them for relief.

Q: Validity and legality of signing a Bond Paper

My wife is asking me to sign on a bond paper before she would come home with my child. She does not allow me to meet my child. There is no court order as such nor there is any legal step initiated. She wants me to sign a bond paper stating I will not talk to my ex-girlfriend who is already married to someone else. I am a Christian. She also insists that my ex-girlfriend should sign the bond paper . Is this legal?

No it is not legal. It is your legal right to meet your children. if she does not allow you to meet your children you can go through courtthere is no such type of bond paper like that. your ex is third party. legally she has different aspects. your ex is should not insist that. that is completely illegal.

Q: Hitting holi ballons on face and private parts

A group of college going students simultaneously assault people with ballons specifically hitting them on face, neck and private parts. what kind of action can be taken against them?

File the police complaint against them. secondly firstly send straight legal notice to the college chairpersons or principal through advocate. if they are not listening file the police complaint they will take action through court

My husband is NRI.3 months before he abdoned me from his house...without rhyme and reason.his paents abuse me without rhyme and reason.they intenyially abuse my parents and sisters....threaten me to leave house. I don't want divorce him...plz help me.

If you don't want to divorce him ... just help from the police. and counsellor. you should live in this house it is your legal right. you should file the case against him. if he is ok with that otherwise file a divorce case against him and ask for alimony. and fight for your rights
