I have filed the suite for panchayat road encroachment against two defendants 1. Panchayat 2. Private person. Panchayat become exparte and private person also told will not do encroachment. But our case got dismissed because of non submission of evidence for few points given in the suit by plaintiff . Can i appeal in the higher court by producing the missing evidence in the higher court.

hi this three months I. mother's home for you to take complete rest so it is not allowed, but your husband can very well be allowed, it is not legally barred so to see the child he can be allowed after marriage it's normal to call the daughter to mother's home for delivery
