non payment of salary and dues by the company post resignation

Respected Sir/Madam, My employer has not been payming me for 4 months. so finally on 11th of Feb17 I have resigned I am given a release letter which does not even have a company stamp and doesnot specify when will they clear my dues from last 3 months. I cant afford a lawayer plz help me and guide me what can i do to claim what is rightfully mine.

MY OPINION THAT you have legitimate right & claim for your 4 months salary and as well as you have claim for you legal discharge letter & you have legal right to challenge for legitimate claim in legal way /ways, at the competent forum /forums, you have move just now.

Hello,
First negotiate with them by yourself. Then you should serve a legal notice upon them through a lawyer. If does not work you need to go for a legal battle which will be time taking and expensive.
