Hi can I file dowry case against my father in law and my husbandson brother as they both took all my gold and thrown me out of there house and three me to kill if asked any thing about those things

If you are really a victim as per your narration sure you can file dowry harassment case against them at jurisdictional police station, go and file complaint against all of them under Section 498-A to get justice. You can even file case under Domestic Violence case against them at jurisdictional court simultaneously.
