File 498a and Dvc after 8 years of marriage

Hmop and maintenance case pending since 4 years, we are seperated since 4 years, filed 498A and dp 3/4, filed Dvc case now, how I discharge these cases in first class magistrate court

Normally the dowry harassment case is maintainable when it is filed within the seven years of marriage. Further, four years of separation and the pending divorce case must be considered. You can file a quash petition before the High Court to quash the 498A case. DVC depends on the facts and circumstances of the case.
