How to handle, when husband regular abuse in house, even after 20 years of marriage.
2 Kids studying in class 10th + , regular saying to wife, leave the house during mid of nights even. Wife is listening since these for long. After Kids she is sustaining as it will hamper the Kids life. But now this abuse lead to bad health of wife ( Depression and dying thoughts)
Even spoke to in-laws, they are advising if you want leave, you can leave.

You need to tell me whether any complaint has been filed by wife for cruelty by her husband ? If yes then what is the progress in that matter. Wife can also file a case for maintenance against her husband for the maintenance of hwrself and her children.
