Husband family forcing for divorce how to get gold and maintenance

How can I get my gold before filng divorce case? I don't want divorce but husband family want mutual divorce but they r not ready to file the case? They are not willing to give maintenance..what I do
Your husband cannot get the mutual divorce unless you are ready for that. So first you have to consult an advocate regarding your matter. You can file the petition for the maintenance against your husband. You can file a case for the return of gold ornaments as well
