Submitting Affidavit for restoration of my dismissed divorce case

I had contested for divorce and during mediation it was agreed that we will file a separate MC and close the current case and before closing the respondent would give me partial alimony for my children and the rest while closing the MC. The partial alimony paid is a fraud and my case got dismissed last week. Kindly help how to restore my case. My lawyer is not helping.
Dear Sir,
You may immediately restore your case by filing relevant application under the provisions of CPC. If it is dismissed on merits then you have to go to High Court. Even otherwise you can file new MC case by creating new cause of action. In the meanwhile you can file 125 CrPC case claiming interim maintenance.

If you can get the copies of your earlier petition the mediation report and the full file from the court with the judgement I can go through it and and can see how to help you. if there is no fraud played there is a limitation time to go to High Court to get an order of restoration.
