Facts of the case not mentioned by you. If bail rejected once then you need to apply fresh bail application with fresh grounds which are favorable to grant bail. Or You may approach High court . Consult a good lawyer who have expert in bails.

Hi
You can apply for bail again in sessions court or move the high court.
Please note that in the bail application, your friend has to convince the court that
a) He will cooperate with the police/judiciary.
b) Not interfere or disturb witnesses.
c) Your friend has high chances of being acquitted.

As the bail application is rejected in the magistrate court, apply for bail in the sessions court. If the session court also does not grant you the bail, apply for bail in high court. However, make sure that the grounds for seeking bail should be different, strong and convincing. Your Advocate will surely get the bail this time for you. Don't worry.
