How to get bail in session court

My brother and his 4 friend have been arrested in karnal jail All of my brother's got bail but my brother has to face problem to geting bail.we donot know the reason to dismiss his bail in session court. Plz help us

there must be a order given by additional and session judge for dismissal of bail application

bail is totally depend upon facts and circumstances on case to case basis.

Secondly now you have the right to move your bail application in Punjab and Haryana High Court.

1) Contents of FIR- What were the offences he is accused of?
2) Chargesheet - Police & List of evidence & witnesses.
3) Grounds on which his bail was rejected -And Grounds on which his friend's bail was allowed

First we need to see under which sections the FIR has been lodged and what is the stage of the investigation. Then we need to secure the copy of the bail order of the sessions and see what are the reasons for rejecting the bail.
Thereafter, we need to apply to High Court for bail.
