I am an educaion consultant . I helped a student seeking admission into Canadian university.He was admitted by the institution but failed twice in the embassy interview. He got vindictive and asked me to refund the amount. He filed 156/3 under 200 and MM suggested 406 FIR after investigation. But police filed FIR the nex day without intimation. My AB was canceled for not meeting the investigation by Session. Same way, AB was dismissed by High Court. I was sick and out of town. what to do next ?

You can once again approach the session court with fresh grounds for anticipatory bail. And if the FIR has been registered then you must apply for the bail before the chargesheet is filed before the court because after that you will be charged and then you need to file for a regular bail with surety.
