My friend got 5 years of imprisonment by session court .. In consipersy in examinationand the changes put on them are 420,468,471,120b..will you please tell me is their any chances to get bail from highcoutrt ...

as per your enquiry I will give you advise that under section 420, 468,471 and 120b you can get the bail from the high court, for that purpose if trial court passed the final judgment and convicted your friend under above sections then you are advised to file appeal along with the application of suspension of the sentence. On your appeal and your application the high court can grant you bail, but all depends upon fact and circumstances of each and every case.
