Husband falsely accused u/s 420,409 of IPC, custodial torture with him

Mere husband ko 420, 409, 34 IPC 13 (1) (D) bhrashtachar nivaran adhiniyam, money laundering act ka dhara laga ke arrest kar liya hai zabardasti 21 tarik ko jhut bol ke ki sir se kuch important bat karna hai... Aadhe ghante baad bhej denge wapis.... 4 din tak husband ka koi khabar nahi tha. Police walo ne bhi koi khabar nahi diya jiske karan mujhe sdm office me puchtach karne par mere se durvyavahar kiya gaya.... Kaha ki tera aadmi 420 hai bahut bada criminal hai usko to aajeevan karawas me daal diya.... Abhi wo police demand me hai... Unko jail le gaye hai.... Fir se sawal ye uthta hai ki *kya jail me bhi police wale kaidi ko torcher karte hai?* Jailer humse paise mang raha tha bolta hai ki nahi doge to *25 lat-bath safai karna padega* Crime branch walo ne unko belt se pair ke talwe me mare taki body check kare to pata na chale
Police can not torcher Any body in there custody. You can file the complain against the police before the court if the same is happening. As the police needs to do the medical tests before they take the person in custody and before they produce him before the court.
