when a person is in jail- custody- you first should find a surety with acceptable property documents to stand as surety, then your advocate has to file a memo of appearance for the accused and then advance the case and file bail application.

You can hire the lawyer and move the bail application before the appropriate court. Contact your lawyer immediately to get the appropriate relief from the court.

First thing you appointe the advocate behalf of you,Bail laws in India are very complicated as the bail to any accused person is at the discretion of the court which considers the facts of the case, the conduct of the accused, the background of the accused, the law and several other factors. The role of a lawyer in getting bail from the court becomes very important as the accused can be confined to judicial custody if the case is not properly presented and contested before the court by a competent lawyer.thank you
