Sir, meri beti ek ldke ke sath bhag kr shaadi kr li thi ek saal pehle..Maine ldke PR apaharan ka aarop lagaya tha or fIR v krayi thi jisse mujhe pta chala ki dono shaadi kr liye bt kuchh din. pehle WO ldka mujhe dikha jiske sath meri beti bhagi thi toh Maine USS ldke ko pakra or fir usko uske ghar le Jane ke liye kaha toh jb mai USS ldke ke ghar gya toh mujhe apni beti v wahan dikhi tb Maine apni beti ko ghar chalne ke liye kaha or na manane PR kuchh maarpit v ki toh meri beti ne ldke ke dabaw daalne PR mujhpr case kr diya or saath hi saath uske jewellery v chori krne ka aarop LGA diya Jo ki jhuta aarop hh or case band krne ke badle WO mujhse WO jewellery maang rhi hh Jo Maine liya hi nhi an bataea mai kya kru Please help me......
File bail application before concern court in which mentoun above said fact and enclose certified copy of f.i.r filed by you against said person you may also file a petition before concern high court u/s 482 of cr.p.c

First of all you must know that mere leveling any allegation is not enough to held you offender, in our legal system the prosecution has to prove his case (theft),moreover it is a counter case to your case which is filed by your daughter. Now the question is you have not mentioned the age of your daughter if your daughter was minor at the time of her elopement then your case stand out against your son-in-law ,if your your daughter was major and she is under influence of your son-in-law then your case will not stand out.
