FALSE CASE FILED UNDER SC ST ACT under sec 3(1) (r)(s) against me

False case under sec 3 (1) (r) (s) sc st has been filed against me with witnesses given false statement. chargesheet filed .FIR registered in Sep 2022 .On 21 Mar 2022 incident happened as planned scene by Complainant . On the day of incident complainant stopped me near my suit property as discussions about illegal constructions and encroachments made as people are making encroachments and complainant conspired false sc st case against me to prevent me for complaints against encroachments . On 25.03.2022 complaint made against me on sc st act. FIR registered on 13.09.2022 and police called me in Nov 2022 for enquiry without providing me copy of FIR During enquiry I went to Sessions Court and requested for FIR copy . Court issued showcause notice to senior police officers for not uploaded the copy of FIR within 24 hrs as general directions issued by High court for uploading the FIR within 24 hrs from date of registration.After that police arrested me now NDOH argue charge
