Sc st atrocity case without any proper proofs and evidence

I have been charged for false sc st atrocity case the fake witness is sc. I want to know is witness from same caste is enough to prove me guilty without any audio or video evidence? Can i quisj my fir or fast track the case as witness is fake and i didnt abuse anyone on caste the victim doesn't have proper proofs.
hi you could file quash petition in high court stating that it is based on all false allegations and also discharge petition in lowet court that you were not concerned to those allegations as alleged by the complainant
