Hi
If ur appeal is dismissed in session court then have u appealed in High court. Surely u r on bail from high court.
Plz clarify ur case and there are judgements where employees git relief from High Court and they were reinstated.

I think you should wait for the decision of the high court. only after the decision of the high court you can hope some solutions for problem from your department. The chances of joining your job are still alive

The bare perusal of the question does not reflect proper facts. It would be relevant to mention here that in 223 negligence plays a vital role. The facts would only clear the correct picture of negligence and thus would request you to please narrate the proper facts. Otherwise also if you have filled appeal then have patience or please show me copy of appeal so preferred by you.

You cannot be reinstated until and unless the High Court acquits you. There are concurrent findings of two courts below. You need to work hard in your appeal and see to it that you are acquitted on merits. That is the only ray of hope.

Dear, u can appeal also in high court. But first of all u explain the grounds. Without the facts we can not help urs. Why u r suspend from Service.. can u commit offence on duty time.. and when u acqquital from case u appeal ur higher authority to rejoin the duty.
