Poor quality property delivered by builder what action can i take

29-Nov-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I bought 2 bhk flat, but found poor quality of work and water seepage from first day. Slowly slowly water seepage leads to all flat walls after long delay of 2 years. Reported the matter to builder, but he is least bothered to take proper action of repair. Due to this i am unable to shift in flat, shifted house hold items are getting spoil. Kindly suggest for course of action against builder. Should i file case in consumer court. With Regards,

Yes, you are covered under Consumer Protection Act for usage of poor building material, improper maintenance and deficiency in services as promised. Before filing the complaint, ensure what remedy you are seeking from the builder; compensation, refund or quick repair and don't forget to mention it.
