Q: Want to file a counter case on GF who filed a false case of rape

Sir i am  .. Sir kuch din pehle meri govt job lag gyi thi court mein yeh baat sab ko pata lag gayi meri ik girl friend thi mere paros mein jo ki married thi jab use pata chala toh usne mere se paise lene ke leyie mere upar false rape case kar deya mujhe usne khud apne ghar raat ko bulyia aur sex keya aur subha mere upar rape case register karva deya .. phir mujse paise maage nahi toh muje job se niklva degi bolne lagi main court mein job karte toh case nahi larr sakta tha is lie meine use paise de deye .. meine paise cheque se deye the .. ab usne case vapis ley leya aur court mein keh deya ki main us ladke ko jaanti hi nahi thi kaun tha us raat jo mere paas aayia tha .. meine affidavit pe bhi usse likhva leya hai ki usne mere par false fir karvie thi aur notary se test karva leya . Ab mujhe puchna hai ki main us par case kar sakta hu ja nahi .. ja agar meune case keya toh mein hi toh dubara nahi fas jauga ... plzz help me sir

Ji bilkul aap dobara phasoge aur Court ki naukri bhi jayegi. Ab aap soche aapne kya karna hai. Case band karne ke liye apne cheque se paise diye. Agar vo chahe aap pe dabav dal samjhota karvane ka case dal sakti hai.

Q: What to do if the cheque is dishonoured

I have to take 55000 from one person . he gave me two cheques and both cheques are bounced saturday . what i should do now ?

As per law, send the legal notice within 30 days, give party 15 days to pay, on expiry of this period, within a month , file the case in District Court. If you will not then you can't recover your money forever.

Q: Deceased husband gave a cheque to someone which got bounced

Im a widow. My husband had given cheques to a party and due to some error in accounts the cheques were not honored and the party had filed case against him. He was director and i was additional director. After his death he has filed case against me and issued non bailable warrant for my arrest. I dont have any money to pay back and the dues are not justified too. Please guide the date is day after tom.

Your bad. Your husband hastays left you in trouble. Since these were your cheques, you have to defend the case. Hire a lawyer otherwise you will be arrested. Cheque bounce are serious offences. Take care of the case.

Good . Draft a complaint covering the entire chain of events in an elaboration manner with attached proof of evidences and send it to the cyber cell wing of police. You can do it online or visit the police station.

Q: Correction of father's name in documents

My father's name spelling is incorrect in my documents as per my father's proof documents. My brother's documents are as per my father's proof documents. What should I do to correct them by saving my time and money?

Start correcting all of them one by one. Change the master document first like Aadhaar card and on the basis of it, other documents will be changed. Just on the basis of changed documents all will be changed.
