ceiling water seepage in newly constructed flat

I have got a possession of my flat 3 months ago and i am seeing seepage almost in all the rooms. it's a 18th story building and my flat is on 1st floor. no one moved in till 8th floor in the building. please let me know what i should do.

First you should serve legal notice to Builder.If he not take appropriate action within limited time.Then you can file Consumer Complaint against that Builder in Consumer Forum.You can get at low cost and speedy remedy from Consumer Forum.

Hello,
You can approach first approach the builder with the valid photo and proof to the builder if you do not get a proper reply you can straight away approach The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and file a complaint regarding the same stating all the facts of the problem being faced by you and you tried contacting the builder for the same. And as its the new building there are high chances to have a positive reply from the Consumer Court.
