What to do if Nagar Palika not following court orders
18-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
Chief Judicial Magistrate passed an order against Nagar Palika, Rishikesh to decrease the house tax from Rs.5000/- pa to Rs.330/- pa. Nagar Palika is not following that order and not decreasing the house tax. CJM passed the order one year back. What action shall we take now?
Your quarry is not clear but as fas as i understand, nagar palika is accused of contempt by not execute the court order. You can file application before cjm to excute the said order and to penalise nagar palika

You can file case against nagar palika because the body is not following order of courts.
But your question is not clear because what is the basics of matter and what is point's of the passed order of court ?
This is the civil matter and perhaps may be another reasons in hand of palika for not decreasing the house tax.
And another part of the case at first you can file your problem before the municipal commissioner but why did you went direct court ?

I cannot figure out your complete case as you have not written enough information, as you are saying a competent court ordered to reduce rent and they have not appealed or obtained a stay order you can send them a notice and if still they don't comply you can file a contempt of court proceeding against them.
