Signature on blank paper has been stolen how to cancel it

03-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
My father has signed on 2 or 3 blank papers, but someone has stolen those signed papers from my home. I want to know the person who has stolen those papers as they were blank only with the signatures without date, is there any chances that, he/she can claim any property or money from my father in future? Please advice me what to do in this case?

You must file an application with an affidavit in the concerned bank to cancel the cheques so stolen, bank will cancel such leaves of blank cheques and charge the fees for cancellation. You can also file a FIR in the nearest police station for the lost item or theft of the cheques.
