As it is a blank paper with your signature as well as of the witnesses so you can write a will on top of that and that can work in court. However, it would not be a good piece of evidence as the will should have been registered or an agreement notarized in order to be a full-proof work.

A plain-paper agreement can be used as evidence in court, but the court will require that you pay a stamping fee and a penalty for the agreement if it is of a nature that requires that it be stamped and registered.

You should take immediate action if you signed a blank sheet of stamp paper to avoid any legal consequences. Consider getting an opinion from an attorney, filing a police complaint or approaching a Notary Public to cancel the stamped paper.

Signing the agreement is compulsory on all pages, including the stamp paper. Both parties must sign the entire agreement, including the stamp paper.
