Neighbors machines causing huge disturbance what to do

Hello sir. My factory is located in industrial area of ludhiana. My neighbour is having some big machines (hammering machines) which cause huge sound & vibrations in our building & causing damage to our property.. these vibrations causing cracks in walls and even in roofs in our building. What can i do for stoping him doing so...
Sir just send them legal notice then one police complaint if you want to then just take all evidences and file casr in civil court ludhiana for restraining him of doing these activities and also claim compensation.

I am sure he might not have taken permission from industrial deptt. to install such big machines too. You very well can file writ before the high court to stop it and further for cancellation of permission if he has any. Also, another way is by filing a civil suit.
