Couple (Both Indian) was in Australia and they got married in Melbourne (as per Australian law). Husband left for Canada. It has been 2 years, and wife has no contact with the husband. Does wife have any remedy in India or it is only possible in Australia?

Hello sir,wife has full liberty to file case here in India and register FIR against him in India u/s 498 A, and he have to come here and face legal proceedings here and if he dont come then police will issue LOC against him and Passport cancellation proceedings will start
Q: regarding the availability of legal actions against money fraud !!!!!!
my grandfather was a lawyer and he passed away a year ago and two years back a person(friend of my uncle) took 14 lakhs from him. Now after my grandfathers passing when my father asked my uncle about the status of that money he said i dont know and grandfathers bank records doesn't show any money either nor my grandfathers junior or his munshi know about the money, we first contacted them(uncle ,junior,munshi) because they were the only ones closest to my grandfather, then we went to see that person(borrower and uncles friend) ,he said i had returned the money to my grandfather but he has no proof and when we asked when you returned the money is any one else was present there(3rd person) he said 'No' and again when we asked uncle about the money, this time he said money was returned by him, exact same thing his friend said. so i want to know if i we can take any legal action against them ????

Q: How long will it take to get my turn in court
Mera case (service matter)aug 2016 mein punjab and haryana high court mein lga tha. Ab argument par pahunch gya hai kiunki saare replies file ho chuke hai from both sides..... Lekin turn na aane ki vajah se pichli 2 hearings mein argument nai ho paayi... Next hearing july 2018 mein hai.... Agar ab bhi turn na aayi toh 6 months aage ki date pad jayegi .... My question is ki aisa kab taq chlega...?? I mean kya case resolve(postibe or negative) hone mein 2- 3 saal aur bhi lag sakte hai? Koi idea dedo plz time kitna lgega... My lawyer said "sirf ek argument lagna hai,hardly need 10 min of judge" but turn ka kuch ni btaya k kab aayegi Plz reply
