Looking for divorce my wife

Sir I need to divorce for my wife it's 5y completed but there is no muture understand still fighting she is not happy but still we won't have child.

If You both can come to an understanding on financial matters like alimony, maintenance etc., you can go for a divorce by mutual consent. If your wife is not agreeable for it you have to file for divorce by yourself.

Sir, u can file a divorce petition under mutual consent if ur wife also agrees for the divorce, if ur wife doesn't agree for mutual then you have to file a separate and individual case for divorce , but u have to be handle it very carefully, she can file dowry harshment case against u, as 7 years not yet completed of ur marriage.

If you need divorce from your wife, that too after 5 years, you can file petition for mutual divorce, if your wife agrees for the same. If not you must make out the grounds for cruelty or other grounds. Please approach an advocate who practice on Family law.
