Now in this case you acn file suit for damges in the court as this is a lose to your proeprty and one cant bear this lose as everyone has some love towards their belonging and property is a big thing so i am suggesting you to file suit for damges along with all the proofs in the court

Dear Friend,
The whole situation depend on the purchase policy, the said property did you purchase from builder or any other authority and what was the policy with neighbors, because your right to suit or breach of policy generated from the contract of sale and purchase.

In this case you can file a suit in the court i.e. suit for permanent injuction where in asking the court to call the party and ask them to repair or do renovation accordingly . This will surely solve ur problem

A legal notice can be immediately send to the owner,thereafter a suit for damages can be filed against him and same can be seeked for the losses that has been faced by you for the same.That if any contract lies in your favour then a specific performance of the same can also be seeked. You should file a civil suit for damages, and recovery. First serve a legal notice. If he doesn't respond properly. Then file civil suit with photographs of damages. You should calculate damage properly.
