regarding selling of my property in joint name with my deceased wife.

i wana sell my flat in ghaziabad in my name jointly with my late wife ( she passed away in 2015) . i hv two daughter . and already obtained heir certificate from sdm in 2017 for filing her ITR. the cerficate have mention of limits of Rs 5000/- of validity in notes. my doughter are ready to sign on registory of sale deed. can i sell my flat ? or some other documents are required.?/

on the abovementioned query the certificate from SDM is not sufficient because this certificate of heirship is not valid for more than 5000/- limit.
so please file a suit for succession in the concerned civil court or additional civil judge. it takes around 6-8 months and if the decree passed in favour of your daughters then she is eligible to sign and verify the documents of sale /agreement to sale/possessions of the concerned flat/plot
