Succession To Living Brother & Sister upon Death of other Family Membe

My father expired on 19/09/80,mother expired on 01/05/93,1st elder brother expired on 08/12/18,2nd elder brother expired on 21/11/12,3rd elder brother expired on 14/03/19,1st elder sister expired on 30/12/15,2nd elder sister expired on 06/03/19, now I & one of my sister are living . My 3rd elder brother who is bachelor & died on 14/03/19 , having some money in post office ,now please give your opinion regarding succession certificate to living brother & suster
You and your sister need to apply for grant of succession certificate from the concerned district court of your local jurisdiction. You need to provide documents like death certificate of all the deceased persons of your family members and adhaar card of you and your sister for applying the same. The whole process takes 7 to 8 months for completion.
