General Power of Attorney is missing or lost, what to do?

Dear Sir, My Sister had bought a property (House) in 2013. The vendor of the said property were registry holder. And my sister buy house by non registered GPOA (General Power of Attorney). GPOA (General Power of Attorney) non registered in sub-registrar's office. Today my Sister wants to sell the property and she observes that the GPOA document is missing from among the property documents. How to sell the house ?. How to go about now please advice?

आप को उस संपती को बेचने से पहले उक्त GPOA व आप की बहन द्वारा पूर्व में ख़रीदे गये मकान के बारे में आम सूचना प्रकाशित करवा कर आम जनता से उक्त संपती पर आम सूचना प्रकाशन से आगामी सात दिनो में एतराज़ माँग ले और और सात दिन बाद जब कोई एतराज़ नहीं आये तब उक्त अख़बार की कोपी को सबूत के तौर पर साथ रखे और फिर उस संपती का बेच सकते है।
नोट:- आम सूचना वक़ील के द्वारा प्रकाशित करवाना, जो क़ानूनी रूप से सही व फ़ायदेमंद होगी।
