plz check whether it's suit or interim application..
if it's interim application n the same is disposed of them not necessary main suit is also disposed of but if the main suit is disposed of then ..yes it means your case is over n uncontested means opposite party is not appearing in court n suit or Application is not opposed by them.. therefore it is disposed of uncontested..

Well, if your Advocate has made you a fool, then you can get his licence suspended by running a case against him before the concerned State Bar Council on the ground of Professional Misconduct under the Advocates Act. As far as your case is concerned, I will aware you with its status to inform you - whether the case is going on or it got over? but for that, share with me either Case No or CNR No.
