I got the possession of my flat (located in Pune) before 6 months and going to resale it because of some reason. Now I want to clear following points 1. What is stamp duty in pune for resale flat below 1 or 3-year-old property? Do I need to pay complete 6% stamp duty again or need to pay only differences amount during resale? 2. What components I need to consider during calculation of total inclusive price like property tax, society transfer fees, Registration fees and other? 3. What is Investor Clause?

Dear sir, for resale , you may require to pay stamp duty 5 % , lbt 1 % and metro cess 1% , in addition to that you have to pay registration fee of 1% upto rs 30000. upto 5 year u r not entitled to depreciation. if consideration of flat is more than market value then you have to pay stamp on whichever is maximum. thanks and regarde

It depends on whether really you legally bound to pay. If yes then , then ask for the instalments . Further if case is filed , you may ask Honble Court to refer the mediation . I’m mediation process you may put proposal or compromise .

You may file complaint to the senior citizen cell. Further you can file complaint before Commissioner of Police to. Further mother in law can file complaint/ petition under DV act before the Court and prayed for protection.

Married in 2021 - mental torture by wife and irritating behaviour from her - no child - i adjusted everytime but this time in diwali she raised complaint in bharosa cell - made my mind to be separated will be good for both of us and both families - 2 sessions completed , i said i m ok with her but she has problms - complaint raised is dowry and torture - to do anything need case copies which I don't have and cell not giving me - raised RTI but no response still from them - How can I get the case papers easily - please help me out asap - and wht should I say on my final 3rd date
