X person purchased a immovable property in Bangalore Village Panchayat via GPA during 2007. The property was allotted by Govt of Karnataka in 1972 to the owner. As per law the owner didn't have rights to sell for 25 years of term from the day of allotment from Govt. In 2007 property came under BBMP from Panchayat. nnGPA Registration made mandatory from 2011 or 2012 there is any problem buying this property nnCan I Buy this property or not kindly advise me.
