What documents need to be taken from a GPA holder

i want purchase lease hold flats in chandigarh. he is a GPA holder with sale power of property and also WILL holder. what document i take from him

It is suggested to get the property transferred in your name, because if the original GPA executed is died then all GPA stands cancelled. Otherwise all the original papers of the property along with payment receipt, and payment transaction through bank only. Pls call for details.

sir we can look into the documents available get the property inherited and then transfer in your name. If he has the will that means the owner of the property might be no more and on the basis of will we get it transferred and further get the property properly registered in your name

You need to take both GPA as well as Will from him & you also need to take permission from Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) as law is very strict with regard to sales on the basis of GPA & since you are purchasing lease hold property, CHB would remain necessary to be informed.
